Purpose: The Customer Service Assistant will be responsible for answering the Company's phone line, fielding customer questions, and routing/distributing calls accordingly. Additional duties to be assigned as required.

Essential Duties:
  • Answer the Customer Service phone line in a professional manner (Avg. 80 calls per day)
  • Accurate routing and distribution of incoming customer phone calls
