As an Occupational Therapist in Home Health at AdventHealth, you will evaluate and treat patients with physical, emotional, cognitive, and/or psychosocial deficits.   • Plans and/or assists with patient discharge from therapy services
  • Provides information regarding appropriate selection/use of adaptive equipment and support programs
  • Oversees the care provided by certified occupational therapy assistants and therapy technicians

Qualifications

Required

  • Bachelor's degree
  • BLS Provider credentialed from the American Heart Association (AHA) obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date
  • Drivers License credentialed from the Illinois Department of Motor Vehicles (IL-DMV) obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date
  • Rehab Therapist specializing in Occupational Therapy (OTR) credentialed from the Illinois Department of Financial and Professional Regulation obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date

Preferred

  • Master's degree

**Schedule:** Part-Time

**Shift** : Day Mon-Friday 8am-5pm Part Time schedule. Weekend Rotation.

Qualifications

**EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:**

· Bachelor's degree required

**_EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE PREFERRED:_**

· Master's degree preferred.

**LICENSURE, CERTIFICATION OR REGISTRATION REQUIRED:**
