Qualifications

Required

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role as a Payroll Clerk
  • Proficiency in Accounting Software Systems
  • Familiarity with 'About Time' time tracking software
  • Ability to perform general accounting functions
  • Experience with Accounts Payable (AP) management
  • Knowledge of auditing principles and practices
  • Demonstrated ability to manage benefit functions
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and in a team
  • High degree of integrity and ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and confidentiality

Preferred

  • Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or related field
