Industrial Maintenance

Our client, a company built on delivering solutions that allow spaces to be transformed to meet the demands of the ever changing performance environment is seeking an Maintenance worker to join their team. The ideal candidate will have building and ground maintenance experience, self-motivated, and attention to detail which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Maintenance

Location: Clare, MI

Pay Rate: $16.50

Shift - 2nd (2pm to 10 pm)

About the Role:

clean industrial machinery daily

removal of ice nd snow

ground maintenance - weed, sweep and wash building and grounds

grease machinery, automobiles, semi-trucks, long haul trailers and sales delivery trailers

loading dock and garage door preventative maintenance

safety equipment inspections

inspect/maintain rooftop HVAC systems as necessary

Requirements:

High School Diploma or Equivalent

mechanical knowledge

electrical knowledge

tape measure reading

power washer experience

Ability to provide an updated resume

Ability to work overtime as needed
