As Residential Assistant Supervisor of the Homebase Supported Apartment Program at Opportunity Partners, you will support people with disabilities to live independently in their own apartments and participate in their communities.   • Provide training to personnel on person served health and support needs so individuals can live as independently as possible
  • Manage and maintain staffing schedule to ensure people’s support needs are met
  • Collaborate with the program manager regarding staff training and coaching

  • Work independently and within a team
  • Must have reliable transportations and possess a valid driver’s license
  • High school diploma or GED

  • Wage: $17.50 per hour
