  • Keep all client information confidential.
  • Act quickly and effectively in emergencies.
  • Other programmatic tasks assigned by the Program Director / Site Manager.

Qualifications

Required

  • Have a valid driver's license for at least six months and a good driving record.
  • Know basic computer skills.
  • Pass a background check.
  • Be physically able to perform the job duties and keep residents safe.

We care about our community and help over 8,100 people every year in Western Massachusetts. We have more than 1,800 team members who work hard to make a difference.

Position Summary:
We are looking for friendly, caring, and dependable people who want to help others live their best lives. In this job, you will assist residents with their daily routines, such as getting up in the morning, going to activities, preparing meals, playing games, and keeping their living spaces tidy. You will also help with paperwork, respond to needs during the night, and give out medication. We have jobs available in many locations, from Springfield to Greenfield and Palmer to Pittsfield. We will provide paid training, including first aid and CPR, to help you succeed.
