Stadium Floor Tech | Glendale

**Overview**

ABM, a leading provider of integrated facility solutions, is looking for an Experienced Floor Technician in Glendale to complete assigned cleaning and maintenance of carpet and hard surface floors as well as floor care machine preventive maintenance. Full Time including weekends. A minimum of 3 years of floor care experience needed on commercial grade Ride-On Floor Scrubber/Sweepers. Knowledgeable to perform maintenance on the M30 and T12 machines.

**Full Time Shift:** 8am-4:30pm including weekends and event days

**Location:** Glendale, AZ

**Pay:** $18.00/hour

**Basic Qualifications:**

+ Must be 18 years of age or older

+ A minimum of 3 years of floor maintenance experience needed.

+ No high school diploma, GED or college degree required

+ Customer service experience

**Floor Care Tech Responsibilities**

+ Cleaning offices, hallways, common areas, and other areas.

+ Moving furniture before and after cleaning.

+ Cleaning, dusting, mopping, stripping, and waxing floors.

+ Measuring chemicals correctly. Operating chemical dispensing units.

+ Labeling chemicals correctly.

+ Cleaning, maintaining, and storing equipment and PPE proficiently.

+ Keeping an inventory of floor areas, and scheduling cleaning and maintenance duties.

+ Reporting maintenance issues to supervisor.

+ Assisting with the hazardous waste collection as requested by the supervisor.

**Floor Tech Requirements:**

+ A minimum of 3 years of Floor maintenance experience needed.

+ Experience running and performing maintenance on the M30 and T12 machines (Commercial Grade Ride-On Floor Scrubber/Sweepers)

+ Undeterred by exposure to hazardous chemicals, bodily fluids, and communicable and infectious diseases.

+ Resilient to noise.

+ Physically agile.

+ Excellent communication skills.

+ Must be 18 years of age or older

A good job for someone just entering the workforce or returning to the workforce with limited experience and education.
