PackSmart is seeking an Inside Sales Coordinator to identify new business opportunities, support marketing lead generation, contribute to the sales pipeline, and participate in day-to-day sales activities. Responsibilities

  • Increase sales by acquiring new customers through prospecting
  • Cross-sell products to existing customers
  • Source products and prepare proposals/quotes
  • Maintain CRM data as it relates to customer communication
  • Commit to setting at least 4 new qualified appointments for Outside Sales Representatives each month
  • Actively listen to customers/prospects to uncover business/operational pain points
  • Collaborate with Outside Sales Representatives to move projects to close
  • Maintain price matrix information for your assigned customers
  • Keep customers informed about price increases/decreases
  • Processing orders

Qualifications

Required

  • Must be able to multi-task, prioritize and re-prioritize
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Products (i.e. Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Ability to work in challenging and time-sensitive situations
  • 2+ years selling in a B2B industry preferred
  • Associate degree or Equivalent B2B Sales Experience
  • Knowledge of CRM Related Applications preferred (experience with Zoho a Plus)
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics NAV a Plus
  • Excellent Attention to Detail and Ability to Build Relationships
  • Positive Attitude, Team-Oriented, Self-Starter
  • Must be able to travel to Illinois office a few times a year for meetings/events

Inside Sales Coordinator - Milwaukee, Wi

The Position: PackSmart is looking to add an ambitious Inside Sales Coordinator to take responsibility for identifying new business opportunities, supporting marketing lead generation, contributing to sales pipeline development, and fully supporting and taking part in day-to-day sales activities. This position supports the outside sales representative group as well as supports and works directly with customers and reports to the Inside Sales Manager. This primarily remote position, that may require travel to West Chicago two to four times a year.
