Responsibilities

- Work as part of a team including 5 physicians, 1 PA-C, and a Behaviorist.
- Maintain a 30-hour work week to achieve work-life balance.
- Work with a care team that includes an MA or LPN.
- Follow an excellent call schedule of 1:14.
- Close the practice at 4pm on Fridays.
- Utilize DAX, an artificial intelligence scribe, to generate clinical notes in the EPIC electronic health record.
Qualifications
Required
- Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO)
- Licensed Medical Physician and Surgeon or Licensed Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine upon hire
- Basic Life Support certification upon hire
- Diplomate of the American Board of Family Medicine or the American Osteopathic Board of Family Medicine, or Board eligible
- Completion of a Family Medicine residency

WellSpan Health is seeking a BC/BE physician to join our team of experienced Family Medicine providers in northern York County - a short drive to Harrisburg, PA.
Position Highlights:
+ Join 5 physicians, 1 PA-C, and a Behaviorist in this suburban practice
+ Enjoy working 30 hours a week to maintain some work life balance
+ You will have a care team with an MA or LPN by your side
+ Excellent call schedule 1:14
+ Practice closes at 4pm on Fridays
+ Beautiful newer building with lots of space; physical therapy on site
