The Warehouse Specialist at Quick Specialty Logistics in Ashburn is responsible for all aspects of warehouse functions including receiving, storing, handling, shipping, and preparing products for customer delivery while maintaining the warehouse in a safe and orderly manner. - Receive shipments of equipment, servers, routers, racking and follow receiving procedures. Store all assets properly and inventory them into the Q-trak inventory system and other agreed upon Morgan Stanley internal systems
- Pack equipment onsite and prepare outbound shipments for transport
- Work in Q-trak operating system using inventory system
- Maintain all asset inventory records for the site and conduct regular reporting
- Identify any damages to shipments when received and follow escalation procedures immediately
- Quick resources to follow packing procedures noted in the "packing procedures for IT equipment" for all loose equipment
- This role requires a flexible schedule (extended hours or evenings, weekends and holidays as required)
- Report to Data Center Regional Manager
Qualifications
Required
- 1-3 years of related warehouse experience
- 6+ months of Customer Service experience
- High School diploma or GED required with equivalent work experience

**Your Role**

**Your Skills and Experiences**
+ 1-3 years of related warehouse experience
+ 6+ months of Customer Service experience
