  • Enter data from phone conversations into MS Access or TeleScript (multi-relational database).
  • Use multiple PC applications to complete records for client campaigns.
  • Compose summary statements to convey details about completed calls.
  • Generate business-focused emails to contacts, supervisors, HR, or Quality Assurance.
  • Provide feedback to enhance the overall quality of the program.
  • Research client products, services, or solutions using the Internet or provided materials.
  • Utilize office machines such as copiers, printers, faxes, and PCs to produce business materials.

Qualifications

Required

  • Typing speed of 35-45 wpm
  • 80% proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • 98% accuracy in writing with correct grammar and spelling
  • Ability to research and find information using online resources (e.g., Google, Yellow Pages)
  • Basic Windows and desktop skills for troubleshooting minor issues
  • General IT vocabulary
