Role Overview: As a caregiver with Superior Aging Care, you’ll build meaningful relationships with clients as well as team members. You will improve the quality of life for seniors in need of love and care, by nurturing trust and providing a sense of belonging. Your responsibilities will include:

Assist clients with ADL's (bathing, grooming, toileting, medication reminders, personal care), and IADL's (companionship, light housekeeping, meal prep, transportation, and errands)

Social interaction, companionship, and emotional support

Ensure safety and well-being

Provide one-on-one care to clients with a variety of needs, while following the client care plan and providing digital updates to the Care Team

Qualifications: We are looking for caregivers who stand out and who are experienced but willing to learn more.

Prior caregiving experience is required

HCA Certification required (will assist with process if needed)

Reliable transportation; proof of CDL & auto insurance

Successfully complete required orientation and training

Ability to read, speak, and write English

Proof of negative TB test

Ability to physically reposition and transfer clients, if required
