Wellington Management Company, LLP is seeking an experienced Digital Marketing Specialist to partner with client-facing colleagues to drive marketing efforts that communicate the firm's investment capabilities, culture, and brand. The role involves planning and executing digital marketing programs to retain clients and grow the business, working closely with various marketing teams and internal stakeholders. The position reports to the Head of Digital, Global Marketing and plays a key role in executing the digital marketing roadmap.

Responsibilities

  • Work in collaboration with marketing strategists, product marketing, compliance, UX/UI, brand, and analytics to lead the execution of new digital experiences and enhance existing ones.
  • Improve the user experience in collaboration with Wellington's UX/UI team.
  • Build a management optimization calendar to monitor key journeys and make recommendations based on behaviors and trends.
  • Own and maintain the email marketing calendar for the US Wealth region.
  • Coordinate, build and manage email marketing campaigns in Marketo.
  • Manage the PPC and SEO planning for regional capabilities pages.
  • Deliver and manage successful paid search campaigns for social media platforms and PPC through Google Adwords.
  • Work with the regional SEO partner and agency to ensure the right keywords are provided and content is tracked and optimized.
  • Coordinate, build and manage social media campaigns using LinkedIn Campaign Manager and LinkedIn Live.
  • Support and engage the America's client facing teams in using Sprinklr and compliance approved social content.
  • Help develop segmentation and monitor engagement by audiences and segments.
  • Undertake post-campaign analysis and make recommendations for campaign improvements.
  • Provide oversight and direction for marketing program, campaign, and tactics measurement plans.

Qualifications

Required

  • 5+ years' digital marketing experience, preferably B2B
  • Motivated self-starter with a strong sense of ownership and pride in performance
  • Data-driven with excellent analytical skills and critical thinking
  • Proven knowledge of Salesforce, Marketo and AEM
  • Experience managing email marketing campaigns and digital communications
  • Knowledge and management experience of LinkedIn (Live Events and Campaign Management)
  • Excellent knowledge of Google Analytics, AdWords and Trends
  • Knowledge of SEO and PPC best practices
  • Familiarity with HTML, CSS and JavaScript

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Digital Marketing Analyst who will partner with client-facing colleagues to drive marketing efforts that communicate the firm's investment capabilities, culture, and brand. They will plan and execute digital marketing programs to position the firm's capabilities, culture, and brand in the context of our client's business challenges, with the objective of retaining clients and growing our business.

The right candidate will be part of the Digital Team, which forms part of the Global Marketing function. They will partner with functions across the Americas Marketing Team, including Channel Marketing, Product Marketing, Events, Editorial and Design, as well as with internal stakeholders across the wider business and external vendors. The analyst will report to the Head of Digital, Global Marketing and will play a key role in executing the digital marketing roadmap to build a lasting digital connection with existing clients and prospects.

Requirements

Web
  • Working in collaboration with marketing strategists, product marketing, compliance, UX/UI, brand, and analytics, lead the execution of new digital experiences and enhance existing ones to continue to raise brand awareness
  • Collaborate with Wellington's UX/UI team to continue to improve the user experience

Email
  • Own and maintain the email marketing calendar that delivers on the US Wealth region communications
  • Coordinate, build and manage email marketing campaigns in Marketo, including content, message, segmentation, and analysis
  • Provide feedback on metrics and identify tactics required to improve open rates and CTOR
Search strategy execution
  • Manage the PPC and SEO planning for regional capabilities pages (this requires the candidate to be highly proficient at managing Google Ad accounts)
  • Deliver and manage successful paid search campaigns for social media platforms, as well as PPC through Google Adwords
  • Work with the regional SEO partner and agency to ensure the right keywords are provided and content is tracked and optimized
  • Partner with the SEO team to monitor KPIs and ensure these are met
Social media
  • Coordinate, build and manage social media campaigns using LinkedIn Campaign Manager and LinkedIn Live
  • Support and engage the America's client facing teams in using Sprinklr and compliance approved social content to engage with prospects and clients
  • Provide social media best practice and partner with the social media lead (US based) to keep up to date with new enhancements and activities
Analytics
  • Help develop segmentation and monitor engagement by audiences and segments as well as track engagement and conversion
  • Undertake post-campaign analysis, producing wrap-up reports and making recommendations for campaign improvements, in collaboration with the firm's Analytics team
  • Provide oversight and direction for marketing program, campaign, and tactics measurement plans
Experience / Skills
  • 5+ years' digital marketing experience, preferably B2B
  • Motivated self-starter with a strong sense of ownership and pride in your performance and its impact on the firm's success

The base salary range for this position is:
USD 65,000 - 150,000
This range takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered when making compensation decisions, including but not limited to skill sets; role; skills and experience; certifications; and education. This range is an estimate, and further details on salary and total compensation aspects will be shared with candidates during the recruitment process.

Base salary is only one component of Wellington's total compensation approach. Other rewards may include a discretionary Corporate Bonus and/ or Incentives, if eligible.
