Qualifications

Required

  • Related Bachelor's degree - Master's preferred
  • Five or more years of experience in leading and managing a large disease registry team
  • Computer proficiency with CNEXT, EPIC, and Microsoft Office
  • Strong critical thinking, problem-solving, and project management skills
  • Knowledge of the American College of Surgeon standards, California Cancer Registry, and SEER standards
  • Understanding of medical terminology, anatomy, pathology, and disease processes
  • Detailed knowledge of ICD-0 coding classification scheme
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and prioritizing skills
  • Detailed knowledge of laws, rules and regulations affecting the confidentiality of medical information

Preferred

  • Background with Lean concepts and workflow automation
  • CTR Certification

You will

Annual

Salary Range: $92,600 - $202,200

Fixed-Hybrid

Schedule: Monday - Friday; 8:00am - 5:00pm (PST)

Qualifications

We're seeking a

highly-motivated, independent professional with:

+ Related Bachelor's degree - Master's preferred

+ Five or more years of experience in leading and managing a large disease registry team

+ Computer proficiency with CNEXT, EPIC, and Microsoft Office

+ Strong critical thinking, problem-solving, and project management skills
