Responsibilities
- Supervise the dispatch employees and over 100 independent contractors
- Help handle all related dispatch activities as needed, i.e., training, problem jobs, etc.
- Cover the driver / IC payroll as needed
- Dispatch all jobs to drivers quickly and accurately
- Communicate with Control Towers, airlines, and vendors with status updates as required
- Document and escalate all problems/situations as per company policy and procedures
- Report vehicle accidents/driver incidents immediately to Manager/HR
- Help schedule and manage staff & vehicle repairs and equipment
Qualifications
Required
- Associate degree or equivalent experience
- 2+ years of customer service experience
- 3+ years of Dispatch experience for a 3PL
- 1+ year experience in a leadership role
- Expert in Microsoft 365

**Your Role**
Supervise the dispatch process by offering assistance/guidance to dispatch staff as needed. You correct and/or alert potential or real problems to management. Be the right hand to the Dispatch Manager.
**Your Responsibilities**
+ This is a 24/7/365 facility and flexibility for overtime, weekend and holidays is required
+ Supervise the dispatch employees and over 100 independent contractors
+ Help handle all related dispatch activities as needed, i.e. training, problem jobs, etc.
+ Cover the driver / IC payroll as needed
+ Dispatch all jobs to drivers quickly and accurately
+ Communicate with Control Towers,airlines and vendors with status updatesas required

+ Tuesday-Thursday 6:00am-2:00pm Friday-Saturday 8:00am-4:00pm
**Your Skills and Experiences**
+ Associate degree or equivalent experience
+ 2+ of customer service experience
+ 3+ years of Dispatch experience for a 3PL
+ 1+ experience in a leadership role
+ Expert in Microsoft 365
