- Maintains files of warranties, records, licenses, inspections, service agreements, and contracts for various pieces of equipment
- Maintains preventative maintenance program to maintain compliance; direct staff to ensure satisfactory completion of work and adherence to plan and work schedule
- Responsible for management of work order system to maximize efficiency; provide training and instruction on all aspects of work order system as necessary
- Collaborates with all departments to develop facilities and maintenance priorities
Qualifications
Required
- High school diploma with at least 8 years experience; Associate's degree with 5 years experience; Bachelor's preferred
- Experience in commercial and residential structure repair, machinery repair, and electrical and plumbing preferred
- Supervisory experience

SUMMARY:Provide direct oversight of facility maintenance and facility maintenance technicians to ensure that required maintenance needs and projects are performed and completed in a safe, efficient and timely manner.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESinclude the following. Other duties may be assigned.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:High school diploma with at least 8 years experience; Associate's degree with 5 years experience; Bachelor's preferred. Experience in commercial and residential structure repair, machinery repair, and electrical and plumbing preferred; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Supervisory experience.
