Qualifications
Required
- Complete grasp of on-site maintenance management
- 4-5 years of maintenance experience in multi-family/residential properties
- 1-2 years in a supervisor capacity
- Detailed knowledge of make ready unit turns, including light carpentry, plumbing and electrical
- Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, automotive insurance, and ability to travel to other properties if needed
- Basic set of tools
- Responsible and reliable

Description
Do you have at least 4 years of on-site maintenance work experience in Multi-Family/Residential properties and at least 1 year of supervisory experience? As Maintenance Supervisor at Parkside Gardens Apartments in Euclid, OH you will be responsible for overseeing maintenance and grounds personnel, overseeing maintenance and preventative maintenance needs, working with vendors, prepping apartments for make-ready turns, completing work service requests, and preventative maintenance and repair on HVAC systems.
