**TOTAL COMPENSATION: $65K-$80K / year**

**MINIMUM 2 YEARS OF RESTAURANT GENERAL MANAGER EXPERIENCE REQUIRED.**

You are qualified to pursue a career at HRG at the General Manager level if you are:

-Experienced as a QSR General Manager for at least 2 years and have a welcoming, upbeat, cheerful outlook and the ability to effectively teach, coach, train, motivate and hold others accountable on all aspects of restaurant operations in a demanding environment.

-Capable of providing an exceptional guest and team experience, maintaining a fun, flexible, and fulfilling environment for your team and guests while exceeding restaurant standards.

-Focused on strong P&L performance through team development, maintaining daily controls, and strategic food and labor management.

-Want to work Sunday through Saturday early mornings beginning at 4am and home by 1:30p!
