- Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and written.
- Ability to sit or stand for extended periods of time.
- Good computer skills.
- Ability to lift/carry under 30lbs.
- Ability to pass the Preventative Management of Aggressive Behavior (PMAB) Training.
Preferred

**PRN THERAPIST TECH
**Salary: $25,815 to $29,047 Annually Salary is based on education and experience
**Job Description: Performs beginning level work providing shift supervision to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. Position will assist individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities in a residential group home setting/community. Position will implement training and service objectives and assessment needs and strengths; Responsible for maintaining proper clinical documentation. Must demonstrate and maintain competency in job functions.
**Education:** High school diploma or high school equivalency certificate issued in accordance with the law of the issuing state.
**Experience: Preferred experience working with individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities.
**Hours of Work: Hours of work may vary, and shift work is required to meet the needs of the program.
**Licenses/Certifications: Valid drivers license and must be insurable by Agency insurance; Must provide valid drivers license, social security card and proof of education at interview.
**Physical Requirements:** Ability to drive a vehicle, communicate effectively both verbally and written, ability to sit or stand for extended periods of time; good computer skills necessary; ability to lift/carry under 30lbs; ability to pass the Preventative Management of Aggressive Behavior (PMAB) Training as well as all other physical requirements for this position.
