As a HCM Product Owner at LiveRamp, you will play a crucial role in shaping and delivering Workday solutions that align with the company's strategic objectives. Responsibilities

  • Develop and communicate a clear product vision and strategy for Workday HCM that aligns with the company’s goals and objectives.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to ensure the Workday HCM system remains current and competitive.
  • Work closely with HR, IT, and other business units to gather and prioritize requirements, ensuring the Workday HCM system meets the needs of all stakeholders.
  • Facilitate regular meetings and communication channels to keep stakeholders informed and engaged.
  • Create, prioritize, and maintain the product backlog, ensuring it reflects the needs and priorities of the business.
  • Define clear and actionable user stories, acceptance criteria, and ensure they are well understood by the development team.
  • Lead the implementation of new Workday HCM modules and features, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget.
  • Continuously monitor and evaluate the performance of the Workday HCM system, identifying areas for improvement and implementing necessary changes.
  • Provide support and training to end-users, ensuring they are proficient in using the Workday HCM system.
  • Develop and maintain documentation, training materials, and user guides.
  • Collaborate with development and business teams to ensure thorough testing of new features and enhancements.
  • Address and resolve any issues or defects identified during testing.
  • Manage relationships with Workday and other third-party vendors, ensuring they deliver high-quality services and support.

Qualifications

Required

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience working with Workday HCMMinimum of 3 years' experience in one or more core HCM functions; Payroll, Benefits, Recruiting, Talent, etc.
  • Proven experience managing projects and deliverables in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong understanding of HR processes and best practices.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneously.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
