  • Understand the customer's needs, wants, and desires as they evolve with AI and translate those to actionable insights and a roadmap.
  • Collaborate with R&D and engineering teams to define product requirements and roadmaps.
  • Establish key results and metrics for product impact.
  • Manage the product lifecycle from concept through launch.
  • Monitor industry trends and technological advancements.
  • Represent and communicate product vision to senior business executives.
  • Collaborate with the product leadership team on product development playbook and culture improvements.
  • Collaborate with Tempus AI & Data Science researchers to leverage Tempus' unique data and AI capabilities.

Qualifications

Required

  • 8+ years of experience in product management or in building software, preferably in healthcare or biotech.
  • Experience in medical informatics, real world data, EMR systems integration, and medical data modeling.
  • Technical familiarity with generative AI and machine learning.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience working with agile software development teams.
