You Will
Perform maintenance for manufacturing equipment used for Injection molding production processes to assure uninterrupted & optimal operations
Execute & continuously improve troubleshooting & preventative maintenance services
Participate in changeovers, ensuring efficient & correct execution
Perform repairs & rebuilds for spare parts
Assure compliance with safety protocols, quality standards, operational practices & procedures
Mentor & guide more junior Technicians to grow their skills
Expand your expertise through formal training & on-the-job experiences, including new equipment installation & equipment modification projects
You Have
High School Diploma, GED or equivalent
A minimum of three (3) years of experience as a Maintenance Technician working with equipment used for extrusion, injection, or blow molding manufacturing operations
Expert-level knowledge of any of the following: Husky or similar Injection molding equipment
Expert hydraulic, pneumatic and electrical mechanical knowledge and ability to troubleshoot & problem solve
Passion for excellence and continuous improvement
Strong desire to be a member of a high-performing team
Ability to lift up to 75 pounds and work on aerial platforms up to 20 feet with or without a reasonable accommodation
