Qualifications

Required

  • Master’s or Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related Engineering Field
  • 7+ years combined experience in an Engineering Capacity
  • Experience leading global teams
  • 5+ years of Java development and other programming languages
  • Knowledge in one or more SQL dialects
  • Strong creative leader, self-motivated with analytical mindset
  • Ability to multi-task to solve technical problems under time pressure and resource constraints
  • Client and product mindset with experience collaborating with product and/or business managers
  • Experience in delivering high quality technical solutions to multiple global stakeholders
  • Experience managing junior developers
  • Good understanding of distributed systems
