Nexxen is seeking an experienced Director of Product Management to define the vision, strategy, and next-generation product for the Nexxen Discovery product, a Big Data & insights platform. Responsibilities

  • Develop and articulate a clear product strategy and vision, aligning the product roadmap and product goals with the Company’s overall goals, market trends, and customer needs
  • Continuously monitor the market landscape, conducting competitive analysis, and staying updated on industry trends to ensure the product remains competitive while addressing evolving customer needs
  • Effectively communicate and manage product roadmap and requirements across all stakeholders (Engineering, Sales, Stakeholders, End-Users)
  • Work with leadership, commercial and customers to identify key business problems to solve by diving deep to understand customer needs and pain points
  • Define & track success metrics for your products
  • Partner with Marketing to position, message, and launch products
  • Meet with customers, partners, and attending sales events to champion and present our roadmap, product vision and strategy

Qualifications

Required

  • 7+ years of product management experience
  • 3+ years of driving product vision and strategy specializing in product-market-fit
  • Experience working with commercial and customers to identify key business problems to solve
  • Proven track record of delivering complex projects successfully and on time
  • Experience with Big Data/AI/ML/NLP-based products and languages
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Advanced knowledge of all aspects of the software product development lifecycle for SaaS-based services

Preferred

  • MBA
  • Experience in ad technology with focus on big data
  • MS in a quantitative or analytical discipline
  • SQL, Spark or data modelling language know-how
  • Reporting & Visualization product development
  • Prior experience with agile/incremental development approaches and cross-functional work environments

In support of pay transparency and equity, the minimum and maximum full-time annual base salary for this role in New York is $170,000 - 185,000 at the time of posting, with the potential of an incentive or bonus. While this is our reasonable expectation this is not a guarantee of compensation or salary, actual compensation is influenced by a wide range of factors including but not limited to skill set, level of experience, education, certifications, responsibility, and geographic location. Candidates hired to work in other locations will be subject to the pay range associated with that location.
