The Field Operations Manager at Snowflake Computing will support the North American Enterprise sales team, partnering with cross-functional teams to define, land, and execute strategic priorities. Responsibilities

  • Execute the operational strategy, direction, and actions in the geo/regions/districts supported
  • Communicate effectively across the business operations ecosystem and sales segments to drive operational excellence
  • Partner with cross-functional team and act as the SME for escalations for key issues such as quoting, pricing, compensation, and deal approvals
  • Partner with sales enablement team to ensure participation and drive adoption
  • Lead projects for territory optimization, product transitions and introduction, new sales programs, etc.
  • Manage territory and quota process for headcount changes and ensure quota coverage and governance
  • Manage the forecast and reporting process for the geo/regions/districts supported
  • Participate on weekly forecast calls with sales management
  • Build reports and dashboards to track key metrics and KPIs
  • Monitor pipeline quality to ensure rep participation and craft action plan to address areas of weakness/opportunity
  • Prepare for and participate in quarterly business review with sales management

Qualifications

Required

  • 8+ years of experience in sales operations, sales enablement, revenue operations or equivalent function with significant exposure to sales teams
  • Demonstrated understanding of SaaS go-to-market models, sales support roles, business metrics and growth best practices
  • Ability to structure complex problems, derive insights from data, and articulate clearly with diverse teams up to the senior leadership level
  • Excellent presentation skills and ability to influence varying org functions at varying levels of seniority
  • Excellent analytical skills and experience with SFDC reporting and SQL
  • Ability to work effectively in an evolving environment requiring new perspectives and creative approaches
  • Strong work ethic and focus on doing what's right for the customer and the business
