What You'll DoWe’re looking for expertise focused on improving sales presence, speed to proficiency and storytelling across all markets and sales territories. This role will work directly with sales leadership to increase the amount and efficiency of sales activities. You'll partner directly with the SVP of Retirement Distribution on supporting enterprise initiatives to ensure the “go to market” system is effective and optimized. Also partnering directly with the Strategic Relationships team on providing digital selling expertise in a consultative manner to create a unique value to our most important client relationships.Create a consistent communication with Marketing to ensure optimization of resources and effectiveness of external messaging so that sales expectations are consistently communicated and aligned with most significant revenue opportunitiesDesign and direct efforts within sales teams, territories, and strategic selling channels to ensure Principal presence, messaging and interactions with advisors and potential prospects in driving increased sales growthPartner with Product and Sales leadership on the build out and deployment of enterprise initiativesIncrease our direct prospecting efforts across mid and large markets to generate pipeline and establish and increased awareness and presence during the sales processWe take pride in being a purpose-led firm, motivated by our mission to make financial security accessible to all. Non-sales positions have the opportunity to participate in a bonus program. Actual compensation for all roles will be based upon geographic location, work experience, education, licensure requirements and/or skill level and will be finalized at the time of offer.
