Responsibilities

  • Work with key stakeholders and business owners to create a sales enablement strategy that aligns with the company’s overall business objectives and drives sales performance.
  • Design, implement, and manage sales training programs, including onboarding, new hire training, product training, sales methodologies, and continuous learning initiatives.
  • Create and curate sales content, training materials, playbooks, and resources to support the sales team's daily activities.
  • Oversee the implementation and adoption of sales tools and technologies, ensuring the sales team is proficient in their use and leveraging them effectively.
  • Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of sales enablement programs and make data-driven improvements.
  • Work closely with operations teammates, sales leaders, marketing, and product teams to ensure alignment and support for sales initiatives.
  • Provide ongoing coaching and support to sales managers and reps to enhance their skills and performance.
  • Maintain a deep understanding of our products, market trends, and competitive landscape to ensure the sales team is well-informed and prepared.

Qualifications

Required

  • At least 5+ years of experience in sales enablement, training, or a related field, preferably within a high-growth tech company.
  • A strong understanding of sales processes, methodologies, and best practices.
  • Proven experience in designing and delivering effective training programs for sales teams.
  • The ability to analyze data, measure program effectiveness, and make data-driven decisions.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present complex information clearly and concisely.
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and inspire others.
  • Exceptional project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
  • Proficiency with sales enablement tools and technologies (e.g., CRM, LMS, analytics platforms).

Preferred

  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Proficient working knowledge of Google Suite (including Docs, Sheets, and Slides), Salesforce.com.

Individual salaries within our ranges are determined through a variety of factors, including but not limited to education, experience, knowledge, skills, and geography. All roles will receive equity in OfferUp as part of their compensation, the amount of equity varying depending on the individual’s level and experience.Benefits (all US roles): In addition to our compensation package, this role is eligible to enroll in health insurance, healthcare savings, and spending accounts, retirement savings benefits (401(k) plan with match), basic and voluntary life insurance, disability benefits, and paid time off for sick leave, family and/or medical leave, vacation, and 12 company holidays. In regard to vacation time, OfferUp has a flexible vacation policy, and, in general, full-time, exempt employees will be expected to take 3-5 weeks (15-30 days) of pre-planned vacation time per year. Vacation needs are flexible and will naturally vary from year to year based on individual circumstances and business needs. In regard to sick time, all full-time employees (exempt and non-exempt) will be granted 12 days (96 hours) of sick time per year (pro-rated if the start date is other than January 1).
