Managing the performance, security, cost, reliability and efficiency involves infusing AI at every step of the software delivery toolchain. This is the outer loop that needs to be addressed with the explosion of generated code!Your role will be to formulate an AI strategy at HarnessGuide a team of engineers while interfacing with various modules to PoC and implement AI capabilities that significantly improve and challenge status quoAbout youLoves solving problemsIs aware of the current generative AI landscape and is up to date with evolving technologiesUnderstands training methodologies, foundation models, AI libraries, open source technologies etc and can help with rapid prototyping/experimentationHas led initiatives that map out AI tasks to tangible business outcomesLoves data! Salary is determined by a combination of factors including location, level, relevant experience, and skills. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations.
