  • Work with internal support teams to promote sales growth and advocate for key opportunities and projects.
  • Develop best-in-class training programs for both the overall sales process and the pork category.
  • Collaborate with the internal support team to enhance our CRM technology platform.
  • Provide market insights to marketing, pricing, insights, culinary, and operations teams.
  • Evaluate and develop partnerships with supporting brokers to drive incremental growth and profitability.
  • Coach, mentor, and develop key sales leaders.

Qualifications

Required

  • 5+ years of experience leading a diverse, remote sales team.
  • Preference for foodservice channel experience.
  • Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree.
  • Ability to travel as required (35%).

  • Master’s Degree.
