  • Effectively use hypothesis-driven assessment of data to ensure your product or feature delivers on real business needs
  • Own and prioritize feature development roadmaps, ensuring all necessary processes and procedures are followed to manage risk
  • Work closely with tech leadership and architecture to understand the tradeoffs of technical decisions and how they impact the ultimately customer experience your team will deliver
  • Contribute to team culture and recruiting by leading activities to attract and retain top talent and mentoring and developing junior product associates

Qualifications

Required

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • At least 5 years of experience in digital product management

Preferred

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or Engineering
  • MBA or Master’s degree
  • At least 3 years of experience in Agile product management
  • Experience translating business strategy and analysis into consumer facing digital products

Salaries for part-time roles will be prorated based upon the agreed upon number of hours to be regularly worked.New York City (Hybrid On-Site): $199,100 - $227,200 for Sr. Mgr, Product ManagementSan Francisco, California (Hybrid On-Site): $210,900 - $240,700 for Sr. Mgr, Product ManagementCandidates hired to work in other locations will be subject to the pay range associated with that location, and the actual annualized salary amount offered to any candidate at the time of hire will be reflected solely in the candidate’s offer letter.This role is also eligible to earn performance based incentive compensation, which may include cash bonus(es) and/or long term incentives (LTI).
