The Business Systems Analyst at Solvvy will architect and design functional solutions and processes by understanding broader business drivers and future scalability.   • Develop business solutions applying wider knowledge across the entire Sales lifecycle.
  • Liaise closely with Sales, marketing, Channel/Partner operations teams to understand business requirements.
  • Apply business acumen to help define and improve business process flow in the CRM and connecting platforms.
  • Contribute in cross-functional teams, BRD review, development plans, and roadmap development.
  • Document functional business requirements, process flow diagrams, and business cases.
  • Facilitate requirements gathering and process mapping workshops.
  • Partner closely with the IT Engineering team for creation of functional and technical specifications documents.
  • Manage relationships with multiple business teams for new solution features and technical support.
  • Participate in end-to-end implementation planning including project management, issue management, communication and change management.
  • Create and deliver high quality presentations.
  • Preparation of user documentation and training documentation as necessary.

Qualifications

Required

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, a related field, or foreign equivalent.
  • 5 years of experience in CRM/PRM capabilities and functional areas; business processes and CRM best practice; working with global teams for enterprise scale business environments; SDLC processes and tools, Iterative Design & Prototyping (Agile); subscription based selling motions through direct and indirect channels; Salesforce and Salesforce based solutioning; and reviewing technical specifications, design documents.

Key contributor in cross-functional teams, BRD review, development plans, and roadmap development. Document functional business requirements, process flow diagrams, and business cases. Facilitate requirements gathering and process mapping workshops, facilitate review sessions with functional owners and end-user representatives. Partner closely with the IT Engineering team for creation of functional and technical specifications documents. Manage relationships with multiple business teams for new solution features and technical support. Participate in end-to-end implementation planning including project management, issue management, communication and change management. Create and deliver high quality presentations.
