CACI is seeking a Microsoft Dynamics Team Lead to support a federal government customer in performing mission-critical functions within the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system. This role involves serving as the technical lead and subject matter expert, ensuring new business needs are evaluated, designed, and integrated within the existing Microsoft Dynamics 365 instance in alignment with best practice implementation standards. Responsibilities

  • Work with a team of CRM Dynamics 365 engineers, developers, and business analysts, some reporting directly to you
  • Provide active, hands-on leadership to ensure deadlines and deliverables are met
  • Manage the technical team and their output. Foster improvement, guide and teach methodology, influence pride and quality of work
  • Identify areas of improvement for the various team processes, provide solutions, and see them through to completion with a Continual Service Improvement (CSI) mindset
  • Coordinate with Program Manager, Scrum Master, and Development staff to ensure objectives for day-to-day tasks and projects are resourced appropriately
  • Be a point of technical escalation for our customers and technical staff, helping to remove obstacles and provide/find solutions when needed
  • Function as a liaison to the DHS customer and functional leads across the program
  • Directly interface with end-users, stakeholders, and process owners, helping to document desired business outcomes, matching proposed solutions, and verifying that project objectives are fulfilled
  • Ensure that all architectural artifacts and deliverables in the responsibility areas are developed to the highest quality standards

Qualifications

Required

  • Ability to attain DHS EOD Clearance
  • Proven experience leading a CRM Dynamics 365 development team in a supervisory, lead, or managerial capacity
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, MIS, or Business
  • 10+ Years of total IT experience
  • 6+ Years of experience with the Dynamics 365 platform in a Lead Role
  • Ability to interface with team members at all levels, including business operations, technology, and management
  • Experience working with US Federal Government customers
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Preferred

  • Experience with Jira and Confluence
