The Salesforce Technical Lead/Senior Manager, IT Global Risk Management at Bristol Myers Squibb is responsible for implementing and supporting strategic information systems to achieve Global Risk Management's vision of effective data delivery and information exchange. Qualifications

Required

  • Advanced Degree in Engineering or Computer Science (preferred).
  • BS in Computer Science or related degree (preferred).
  • 7 years of relevant industry experience in software design, architecture, development, IT and Business Operations.
  • Experience in software development and/or programming, design and systems management using Salesforce.
  • 5+ years of technical team lead experience.
  • Strong experience in Salesforce Service Cloud, Health Cloud and Community Cloud.
  • Salesforce Certification (Advanced Developer or Platform Developer) is a benefit.
  • Experience in Life Sciences/Pharma industry with domain expertise in Global Drug Development.
  • Deep understanding of Regulatory & Compliance (Validation) processes in Pharma industry.
  • Ability to rapidly acquire domain & technical skills within Patient Safety/Global Risk Management portfolio.
  • May lead initiatives related to continuous improvement or implementation of new technologies.
  • Works independently on most deliverables.
  • Possess strong analytical skills with ability to learn quickly.
  • Participates in decision making and brings a variety of strong views and perspective to achieve team objectives.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to work with technical team members, middle level, and senior management across multiple functions.

The Salesforce Technical Lead/Senior Manager, IT Global Risk Management (REMS Applications) will be accountable for implementing and supporting strategic information systems that helps achieve Global Risk Management application’s vision of effective data delivery and information exchange to advance REMS programs, accelerates patient access, shape medical practice, and drive appropriate adoption of BMS medicines. This role owns end-to-end responsibility for managing the design, development, and technical support of REMS applications primarily on Salesforce platform ensuring they are reliable, scalable, & secure. The Salesforce Technical Lead/Senior Manager shall provide strong technical architecture, design & development oversight and contribute across IT GRM team comprised of BMS staff, onshore and offshore contractors/vendor partners. The successful candidate will be a seasoned technical lead with hands-on experience across a wide range of current IT technologies.
