The Director, Product Lead - Data and Analytics at The Coca-Cola Company is responsible for leading the planning, execution, and delivery of new or improved digital analytic products and solutions. Responsibilities

  • Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of new or improved digital analytic products and solutions.
  • Translate business needs to product features and functionality to drive growth objectives.
  • Define or steward the product’s long term vision, user personas, OKRs, and roadmap.
  • Act as the product owner, accountable for maximizing the value of the product.
  • Work directly with key NAOU stakeholders to gather requirements for new products and enhancements.
  • Act as an advocate for the client, ensuring analytics and insights meet stakeholders’ needs.
  • Shape and deliver our next generation data platforms; developing a roadmap of high impact analytics and insights cases.
  • Continuously look for ways to drive Awareness, Adoption and Acceptance of your analytic products.
  • Develop team members’ understanding of the business and identify new opportunities.
  • Become a super-user of datasets, dashboards and models.
  • Manage large initiatives to deliver analytics solutions including evaluating value and feasibility.
  • Serve as an advocate of data and insight to empower and drive adoption of self-service analytics.
  • Building and influencing a data-driven culture and finding new ways to work with stakeholders.

Qualifications

Required

  • 5+ years experience + Bachelor’s degree in business or associated field
  • Deep knowledge across the Beverage/consumer landscape including RGM, Commercial & Execution
  • Strong knowledge of how to drive actionable use of data and insights to achieve business results
  • Experience/practice in leveraging design thinking principles
  • Proven ability to lead the development of analytic products
  • Visualization experience using tools like Power BI
  • SQL skills and Experience in querying big data environments

Preferred

  • Aptitude for communicating insights and collaborating across teams/organizations
  • Proven examples of cross-functional collaboration and using data to influence decision-making
  • Knowledge of agile methods, business process modeling, change management, cloud platform, digital transformation, enterprise architecture framework, human insights, influencing, Microsoft Azure Databricks, Microsoft Office, user experience (UX)
  • Practice with Nielsen, MVR, MAS, Curio and similar multi-RTM marketplace, execution, volume and revenue data and environment
