Qualifications

Required

  • High School Diploma
  • 10+ years of experience as a Network Engineer supporting an enterprise medium to large-scale environment
  • 5+ years of experience leading network engineering initiatives with cross-functional stakeholders
  • Experience being a core contributor in Datacenter relocation efforts
  • In-depth knowledge and experience working with Palo Alto networks
  • Proficiency with networking and security platforms including Cisco Meraki switches and APs, Cisco Catalyst and Nexus switches and Palo Alto Firewalls
  • Experience managing F5 LTM and SCM
  • Proficient in leveraging and applying network design principals with an emphasis on security
  • Experience configuring VPN & GRE tunnels
  • Understanding and working knowledge of BGP, OSPF, Static Routing, NAT, ECMP, MPLS
  • Familiarity with logging and monitoring tools (Sumo Logic, Splunk, Extra Hop, Panorama, Nagios, SolarWinds, Uptrends, Meraki)
  • Ability to configure accurate security & NAT policies and perform validation
