The Director, Software Marketing at Haemonetics is responsible for managing the strategic and tactical marketing efforts for the portfolio of assigned Business Unit software products. Responsibilities

  • Leads “cradle to grave” software product life cycle process through disciplined stage gate and program management approaches.
  • Partners effectively with Research & Development on prioritization and life cycle development plans.
  • Leads effective regional coordination with contacts across all functions & geographies.
  • Builds credible customer relationships to strengthen the software product line's position in the market.
  • Leads customer engagement, competitive analysis, and market research efforts.
  • Drives business case analysis in partnership with Finance and cross-functional partners.
  • Establishes and maintains an effective system of communication throughout the organization.
  • Leads and partners effectively with cross functional staff and external agencies to execute marketing tactics.
  • Ensures all activities and operations are implemented in accordance with ethical standards and compliance.

Qualifications

Required

  • Knowledge of Marketing principles and tactics for software products.
  • Knowledge of software delivery and pricing models, including on-premises, cloud, site/seat license, and SaaS.
  • Experience with market research, VOC and JOC techniques.
  • Ability to develop financial business cases.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and collaboration software.

Responsibilities include marketing ownership and cross-functional business leadership of the insights and innovation delivery process for both new and existing products through launch and in market activity to create demand for the platforms.
