The Regional Business Manager at Trane Technologies is responsible for business development and sales for all service offerings provided by the Life Science Solutions Diversified Laboratory Repair team. Responsibilities

  • Understand and effectively communicate all services offerings, including emergency repair, preventive maintenance, scheduled work, installations, relocations, rental services, replacement components, validation services, and annual service agreements.
  • Gain strong command of customer needs and market opportunities to position our solutions, and to provide input into the larger organization future roadmaps / plans.
  • Tailor the value proposition message for services offerings based on customer needs.
  • Develop and execute account penetration plans, to drive profitable short-term and long-term growth.
  • Proactively build all aspects of sales funnel, leveraging tools to track and communicate progress.
  • Build and maintain relationships with local equipment distributors to increase market share.
  • Build and maintain relationships with the local Trane office to leverage established relationships.
  • Lead account reviews to provide accurate forecasts and identify growth opportunities.
  • Close sales to meet/exceed financial objectives.
  • Regularly update the CRM with all opportunities, opportunity values, and sales stages.

Sales commissions plans are uncapped plans.
