Responsibilities

  • Oversee global go to market approach for PMM in accordance with company goals and in alignment with key stakeholders, e.g., sales, product development, executive team.
  • Act as thought leader and spokesperson across multiple channels including analyst briefings, PR, industry events, company events, and customer magazine.
  • Act as trusted consultant for Sales, and be actively engaged in the sales cycles of the team.
  • Lead a PMM organization that values iteration and customer feedback.
  • Lead Protegrity positioning, messaging, and content associated with product portfolio marketing.
  • Collaborate extensively with Sales Enablement on sales content development.
  • Enable consistent offensive market strategy via a robust competitive intelligence muscle.
  • Lead strategic product marketing initiatives including narrative development, positioning, and naming.
  • Serve as exemplar and mentor to PMM team in product marketing craft.
  • Partner with Product Management and Field organizations to develop marketing strategy.
  • Partner with Sales and Operations leaders to define GTM motions, sales engagement process, and pricing and packaging strategy.
  • Reinforce position as market leader via inspired product positioning.
  • Partner with Analyst Relations to evangelize market point of view to the analyst community.

Qualifications

Required

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Computer Science, Business or related field
  • 7+ years of product marketing experience within B2B high-growth SaaS companies
  • Product marketing leadership background in Cloud technology, Security, or DevOps
  • Experience conducting competitor and customer research
  • Analytical mind with strong quantitative skills
  • Knowledge of Data Protection, Privacy and Security

Reporting to our CMO Chris Gaebler, you will support all levels of the Marketing team as well as the Product, Sales, and other parts of the company.In this critical, high-impact role, you will be responsible for crafting break-through positioning, messaging and sales enablement stories that connect our target audience with our company solutions. You will be a chief architect of Protegrity’s value to the market, able to communicate to senior executives in the world’s largest companies as well as their technical teams. This role is essential to the growth of Protegrity.
