Position DescriptionADP is hiring a Senior Software Engineer in our Roseland, NJ office. This is a hybrid role.Are you empathetic to client needs and inspired by transformation and impacting the lives of millions of people every day?Are you looking to join a dynamic, inclusive team environment with a culture of collaboration and belonging?Well then this may be the role for you!We are looking for a talented individual who has:Proficiency in building Gen AI applications and LLMs, as well as web platforms, with a strong understanding of REST/SOAP APIs.Strong Agile software development experience is a requirementStrong experience with using frameworks like react, Jquery, Angular etc.Experience with working with remote teams on international locationsIn-depth knowledge of developing Web-based applications.Experience with software defect tracking systems such as JIRA, RallyAbility to work under deadlines with heavy workloads as well as flexibility to work outside of normal business hours to meet development needs.Must be able to work independently and with minimum supervision. Strong sense of responsibilities and quality focus, fast learner and excellent interpersonal skillsHigh attention to detail with excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills.Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Comfortable in proactively communicating with others both within and outside of the immediate team to resolve issues and get questions answered.Ability to multi-task, triage issues, react well to changes in a fast-paced environmentStrong problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently to resolve complex issues in a timely manner.What are you waiting for?
