Responsibilities

  • Responsible for Revenue and Order Book for Wipro Engineering Services in the Medical Device domain
  • Build Opportunity Pipeline for Wipro Engineering Services by working with Account Leadership teams and supporting client requirements
  • Provide functional or domain experience within the Medical Device manufacturing industry segment
  • Develop and present proposals and quotations to support sales goals and objectives
  • Manage existing strategic customer engagements along with Account Leadership to ensure customer satisfaction and sales growth
  • Collaborate with sales and pre-sales teams to support customer engagement activities from opportunity development to securing orders
  • Collaborate with solutions team, ecosystem partners and delivery teams for flawless project execution

Qualifications

Required

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering from an accredited university
  • Overall 10+ years of experience working with a Medical Device company, or selling into the Medical Device manufacturing industry
  • Deep knowledge of I4.0 and digital manufacturing solutions
  • Knowledge of industry standards like ISA 95 / ISA 88
  • Understanding of traditional automation pyramid layers
  • Good understanding of emerging technologies like IIOT architecture and platforms, cloud/edge, big data analytics, AI/ML, and 5G

Preferred

  • Master’s degree in engineering, MBA or related field of study

The ideal candidate should have a solid understanding of the Operational Technology landscape and well versed with Industry 4.0 and Digital Manufacturing solutions. The candidate should have good exposure to the CPG domain with knowledge of manufacturing pain points, business processes and systems landscape.The Sales leader will be responsible for working with the Account Leadership Teams in Medical Device vertical to generate demand for Industry4.0, PLM and Digital Manufacturing solutions. Our Sales Leaders are expected to be thought leaders having pulse of emerging trends and technologies and the role involves extensive interactions with customers, account leadership teams, pre-sales, marketing, solutions, delivery and ecosystem partner teams.
