  • Drive implementation and long-term success of key applications used by Tesla’s global supply chain teams
  • Leverage data analytics to identify areas of software adoption and functionality improvements
  • Document business problem statements with supporting use cases, process workflows and dependencies
  • Partner with product manager to propose technical solutions for respective applications
  • Align cross-functionally with independent contributors and senior leadership interacting with respective applications on team adoption initiatives

Qualifications

Required

  • Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Data Science or equivalent experience
  • 3-4 years of relevant work experience with evidence of successful software product implementation
  • Exposure to the agile software development lifecycle through product deployment
  • Experience working across and successfully influencing multiple internal stakeholders (IT development, supply chain, finance, legal, etc.)
  • Experience creating operational metrics and dashboards using SQL and Tableau (or similar) visualization tools preferred
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously
