Project Manager (Hybrid)

My client is seeking a highly skilled Construction Project Manager in the suburbs of Chicago to lead and oversee various projects throughout the US. This role involves managing construction projects from inception through completion, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, organize, and manage all phases of construction projects, including scheduling, budgeting, and quality control.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and clients to ensure project specifications are met.
• Monitor project progress, making adjustments as needed to meet timelines and financial goals.
• Prepare and present reports on project status, including progress, budget adherence, and any issues encountered.
• Lead project teams, ensuring effective communication and collaboration among all stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes.
• Address any issues or delays, proposing solutions to keep the project on track.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction project management, preferably in commercial or industrial projects.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with a focus on quality, cost control, and schedule.
• Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Proficiency in project management software and tools.
• Understanding of local building codes and regulations.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
