The Production Supervisor plays a crucial role in overseeing our production processes, ensuring adherence to all policies and procedures. This role includes coordinating machine shipments, managing aftermarket assemblies, and collaborating with departments like Engineering, Service, Sales, Inventory Control, Finance, and Sourcing to ensure on-time deliveries. The Production Supervisor also leads brainstorming sessions for process improvements and machine design enhancements and develops and maintains KPI reports.

What You’ll Do:

• Oversee, direct, and manage production activities.
• Participate in cross-functional teams, contributing ideas, data, and ensuring successful execution.
• Implement and drive continuous improvement initiatives and best practices within the production department.
• Ensure technicians are fully trained, successful in their daily activities, and provide regular feedback.
• Generate Engineering Change Notices, suggest machine design improvements, and calculate ROI.
• Monitor production standards to ensure timely product output.
• Promote shop floor organization and maintain plant cleanliness among personnel.

What You’ll Need:

• Associate's Degree in a technical field or vocational program in a related field or equivalent experience in a closely related work field.
• Seven years of assembly experience in a lean manufacturing environment. Experience with high-speed food processing equipment is a plus.
• 3 years of experience in a supervisory or leadership role.
