• 5+ years architecting and implementing complex digital marketing solutions across Site, SEM, Media, Mobile App, and Email for large corporate environments.
• Expertise in the following languages and technologies: HTML, HTML5, Java Script, XML, Java, WCM, services based architecture, REST, Web analytics, content targeting.
• Experience working in a pre-sales and marketing.
• Excellent problem-solving skills, with a demonstrated ability to identify issues, solve them quickly and well, and know when to rely on internal resources to assist.
• Strong conflict resolution and negotiation skills.
• Strong verbal, presentation and written communication skills.
• Knowledge of current digital marketing trends and best practices on topics such as personalization, cross channel marketing, mobile, data driven optimization of experiences.
• Innovative thinker and desire to help us build out a new Consulting practice and be a pioneer within the industry.
• Experience managing off-shore teams.
• Self-motivated and able to work with minimal direction.
• Experience producing project estimating, scope definition, resource allocation and project timelines in pre-sales and/or migratory environments.
• Hands on experience delivering customer-facing solutions using client-side technologies, server-side programming and server-to-server APIs.
• Superior problem solving, organizational, decision-making, written, oral and interpersonal skill.

Mandatory Skills:

• Adobe RTCDP
• XDM, AJO, CJA
• Adobe Cloud and AEP
• Adobe AEM, Target
• HTML, Java Script, XML, REST

Skills:

• Strong 10+ years of experience in Adobe RTCDP architect.
• Strong Handson implementation in RTCDP.
• Expertise on XDM, AJO & CJA.
• Understanding of Event based Architecture.
• Thorough knowledge of Offer Decisioning in RTCDP.
