Job Purpose
The Assistant Sales Manager is responsible for achieving monthly U.S. wholesale and retail sales objectives by model for the Power Equipment Business Unit while preserving Honda Core Values within the Department. High-value decision-making is expected to make recommendations and provide direction to 8 District Sales Managers (including policy setting and exception decisions).

A professional work environment with exposure to highly confidential information and business strategies (must thoroughly understand this). Frequent presentations/recommendations to upper management; must be able to perform in high stress environment. 40% travel required.
