Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and hands-on oriented Mechanical Engineer with a strong focus on Quality Assurance and Management to join our team in Branchburg, NJ. The successful candidate will play a critical role in ensuring the quality, reliability, and performance of our products by performing and adapting quality assurance processes, conducting inspections, and leading continuous improvement initiatives. This role requires a deep understanding of mechanical engineering principles, quality management systems and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

· Plan, conceptualize, and create mechanical designs for new product development

· Conduct regular inspections of manufacturing processes, products, and materials to ensure adherence to quality standards.

· Perform engineering calculations to support product design work

· Create and review technical drawings, plans, and specifications

· Collaborate with multi-disciplinary international engineering teams, and work with vendors and customers on project development.

· Perform detailed documentation to track project development and design process

Qualifications

· Preferably Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering or in a related field

· Firm grasp of engineering concepts, and ability to designing mechanical systems and products as well as quality control systems

· Hands-on approach to use precision measurement tools as well as setting up inspection processes.

· Experience using CAD software is an advantage; such as Solidedge, Solidworks AutoCAD, or similar

· Exceptional technical and problem-solving skills and reasoning ability

· Ability to communicate effectively and clearly

· Must be self-motivated and a great team worker
