Qualifications

Required

  • Must be a United States Citizen.
  • Male applicants born after December 31, 1959 must certify registration with the Selective Service System.
  • Appointment may be subject to a suitability or fitness determination, as determined by a completed background investigation.
  • Must be able to complete a one year probationary period.
  • New supervisors/managers are required to serve a one-year probationary period.
  • New supervisors are required to complete 80 hours of supervisory training of which 40 hours must be completed during your first year as a supervisor.
  • Occasional travel may be required.

  • Experience managing an organization's human capital strategic/tactical approaches.
  • Experience leading the Employee Career Management and Educational Programs Team, or similar programs.
