The Digital Adoption Manager at HeartFlow is responsible for designing, implementing, and tracking the effectiveness of digital adoption content and initiatives. Responsibilities

  • Partner with business stakeholders to understand department and company goals for digital adoption software and initiatives.
  • Develop and implement new business processes with the introduction of a digital adoption platform.
  • Manage and measure the execution of digital adoption initiatives.
  • Analyze adoption, support, usage, platform and customer feedback data and trends to identify opportunities to improve or create new content and digital walkthroughs.
  • Work with cross-functional stakeholders to understand challenges to adoption and collect solution ideas and requests.
  • Perform needs assessment and prioritization of digital adoption requests.
  • Develop strategies for overcoming obstacles and weak points.
  • Quickly design solutions, measure results, and iterate and improve to drive optimal outcomes.
  • Facilitate and drive content reviews to ensure timely release of customer communication and content.
  • Measure and evaluate the impact of solutions to ensure an outstanding customer experience and an adequate return on investment (ROI) from digital adoption initiatives.
  • Ensure a standardized look, feel, and brand adherence of digital content.
  • Promote the value of digital adoption across HeartFlow.
  • Support other digital adoption solution builders across the organization with platform usage or content creation advice and issues.

  • Experience working in a deadline-driven software development environment and ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Ability to understand the technical possibilities and limitations of the digital adoption and documentation tools.
  • Strong technical writer and editor.
