Qualifications

Required

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
  • 8+ years of experience in managing engineering teams, with a strong background in environment orchestration, DevOps, and test at scale.
  • Expertise in Agile methodologies, including Scrum and Kanban, and proficiency in project management tools such as Jira.
  • In-depth knowledge of observability practices (monitoring, logging, tracing) and experience with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure).
  • Hands-on experience with Java, Golang, Terraform, and basic networking/routing principles.
  • Demonstrated success in implementing test automation at scale is highly advantageous.
  • Exceptional leadership and communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on delivering high-quality solutions on time and within budget.
