Your success will require you to work closely with IT team members and business stakeholders to understand business needs, and then with the team of infrastructure architects and engineers to ensure that solutions are provided and transitioned into service in a timely manner. You will also be responsible for the Infrastructure CoE resourcing plans.Working alongside a team of infrastructure solutions architects and engineers the role holder will be the subject matter expert and take ownership of the Collaborate with the Plan/Build partners within the IT group to ensure that all meet business requirements.What you will do in this role:Responsible for defining and owning CoE capabilities in alignment with business partners and IT objectivesAccountable for owning and maintaining the capability catalogResponsible for the preparations and execution of the CoE Roadmap aligned to business objectives and IT objectivesAbility for the validation and signoff of new solution delivery as well as managing solutions, continuous improvement, and capability development alignment with overall IT objectivesAptitude for solution design, including mitigation of risks and issues, supporting business objectivesMapping end-to-end business processes to solution capabilities across COEs and coordinating with other Solution Managers when needed.Responsible for the communication of the capability roadmap and IT objectives to all key stakeholders, including business partners, IT Operations, Regional IT Partners, and other IT CoEsMaximizing the use of all the business value add capabilities within the CoEAbility for remaining current on vendor product roadmaps, best practices, and their impact on Fossil’s solutionsIdentifying opportunities for application rationalization, including applications with duplicate capabilitiesResponsible for the resource management, and resource forecasting within the CoE.Your SkillsConfident communicator at all levels of the organization.
