The Engineering Manager - IT Operations at Fossil Group is responsible for providing expertise and leadership in solution design and engagement models for all IT projects. Responsibilities

  • Define and own CoE capabilities in alignment with business partners and IT objectives
  • Maintain the capability catalog
  • Execute the CoE Roadmap aligned to business and IT objectives
  • Validate and signoff new solution delivery as well as managing solutions, continuous improvement, and capability development alignment with overall IT objectives
  • Map end-to-end business processes to solution capabilities across COEs and coordinate with other Solution Managers when needed
  • Communicate the capability roadmap and IT objectives to all key stakeholders
  • Maximize the use of all the business value add capabilities within the CoE
  • Remain current on vendor product roadmaps, best practices, and their impact on Fossil’s solutions
  • Identify opportunities for application rationalization
  • Manage resources and forecasting within the CoE
